For all you fantasy football players out there(yes, I'm one too), I found it interesting when taking a look at NFL.com's top 200 player ranking, to find that no Redskins players were in the top 50 of projected fantasy players for 2010. Hell, we didn't have a player debut until Clinton Portis reared his ugly head at #74. Actually, I can't really say i'm surprised, just dejected.
I know this doesn't mean shit when it comes to wins and loses, but it's pretty embarassing as a Redskins Fan to say the least. Every fan wants to see their player lead the league in rushing or receiving yards, or TD's scored or thrown, yet it looks again like we are still lacking that big-play, game changing player we all so long for(well at least according to fantasy pundents).
NFC East totals after the jump...
The Eagles had 3 players ranked in the top 73.
The Giants had 4 players ranked in the top 73.
The Cowboys had 4 players ranked in the top 73.
Is this a problem, or am I making way too much out of meaningless fantasy shit?
