If it's not Eagle players, then it's Buc's personnel
The always reliable, (cough, cough),PFT is reporting that Williams and the Buc's are no longer together.
No, not the Roster Williams, but Superbowl QB Doug Williams
However PFT does list a solid source in the PewterReport: Williams, Bucs Part WaysThe Bucs and director of pro personnel Doug Williams have parted ways after six years. Contrary to reports around Jan. 1, Williams was not given a one-year contract extension. He and the team only decided to discuss an extension after the draft. Those discussions have now taken place and Williams has left the team.Am I mistaken or do the Redskins have an opening for a director of pro personnel? Earlier the Redskins did sign college personnel assistant Richard Mann II What are the odd's Williams is provided a strong look at to join the team?

I’d be shocked if Doug didn’t come to DC. He quit his job at Tampa for a reason….being back with

To put it bluntly...
Is he any good at being a “Director of Pro Personnel”? If he is, then sure, I’d love for us to hire him. But I don’t want us to hire him just because of what he did for us as a player, or hire him just because he worked with Bruce Allen.
Doug Williams
Right – they should not hire him because he’s a good guy, a local hero, or anything like that. They should hire strictly on merit – because they think he would be an excellent “Director of Pro Personnel”.
agreed, however....
if it is Danny-boys money and he is given a spot with a little bit of cash ……with no connection with any descisions, at all ever…….Pay the man Danny……..he set super bowl records ……he deserves something, a job in the office some where
the superbowl winning quarterback contingent
build them their own wing off to the side…..give them a fountain and a statue WTF
