Supposing the St. Louis Rams fall in love with Sam Bradford, and decide to take him #1 overall. We all know they need a QB, and they have past this need over in the last 2 drafts. They could have drafted Matt Ryan 2 years ago, but opted for Chris Long instead. They haven't taken a QB in the 1st round in the modern era of the draft.
So supposing Bradford goes #1 to the Rams. Detroit then takes Okung, realizing that he is the best OT in the draft, and they seriously need to protect last years investment Matt Stafford.
The Bucs nearly cream themselves when they realize their most coveted player, and one whom many have ranked at the top player in the draft, is there for them at #3. They rush to the podium faster that a fat kid chasing down the ice cream truck on a 90 degree day to select Suh.
Now, the Redskins, who have made it known that they are going to implement, at least to some degree, the 3-4 defense, are on the clock. JC has been tendeder for a 1st and 3rd, and there were no takers in FA. We have signed a LB(most likely Dansby), and a FS(either Ryan Clark, or Antrel Rolle). We have brought back Phillip Daniels for 1 year, and have retained Golston and Montgomery on the DL. We have also signed a NT in FA. On the offensive line, we have signed Tony Pashos as a RT, and Rex Hadnot as a G. We still need a LT in the draft. Portis was brought back at RB, but Betts was released as was Cartright. We let Randel-el go, but maintained the rest of our WR corps, including our TE's.
So what do we do with the #4 pick, assuming we have tried to trade it, and we have no takers?
