Dez Bryant a Redskin?
I was bored and surfing the internet when I came across a mock draft that predicted the Redskins taking WR Dez Bryant with the #4 pick. That was interesting to me since just about every other mock draft have us taking either Bradford or Okung. I'm not advocating for this because we definitely need O-line help more than anything but I wouldn't exactly be mad either as long as we still draft O-line somewhere. We don't really need anymore receivers but at the same time Moss and Randel El aren't getting any younger and this guy looks like he could be a beast. Lets share some thoughts!

is Matt Millen?
now in charge of the Redskin Draft War-room?
I was thinking the same thing.
Anyways, I though Bryant was the best WR in college in 2008; even better than Crabtree. It sucks he got himself into trouble last year, and was unable to play. It would have been exciting to see what he would have done.
I would be upset if we ignored other positions this year in the draft and took another WR.
I would be upset to
Our younger receivers still need time to develop and this upcoming season we should definitely see some huge sparks from them.
yet another WR draft
what next then, another TE?
We’ve already ignored the OL for a decade so now we’re going to continue that trend? I hope not, I’d rather see us take McCoy or Berry than grab yet another WR.
I'd rather see us take Berry and of course to address the OL
Even though our receiving corp wasn’t super effective we do not need anymore WR’s and our receiving core will surprise us soon I hope.
I don't see Dez as a #4 worthy pick.
Unless the team is 1 or 2 players away, a Wr this early in the draft doesn’t make sense.
Wr doesn’t have the positional strength to merit a high 1st round pick.
Agreed. Not only is he not worth the 4th pick, but I would probably say WR is our least concern behind TE right now. Even though our starters aren’t getting it done, Kelly and Thomas will improve after showing flashes of talent last year. This is how I would rank our needs OL, QB, FS, RB, CB, DL, LB, WR, TE
Also
Even if did want Bryant, we shouldnt pull Al Davis, but trade our pick down, get bryant, while picking up an additional pick.
I agree Ben
I’m sure there is another team who would definitely trade for our pick.
