Where should I start ? Are some of you Shanahan homers now seeing the light. This guy is a habitual liar with a huge EGO !!! This guy has spent so much time being a bully that he is forgetting about winning. His ego and trying to proof a point has caused us to struggle more than we should have. How many lies did Shanahan make up about Albert? Look at how well Haynesworth is playing now that Shanahan is playing Albert to his talents. To say that Devin Thomas is not better than Anthony Armstrong was a joke. By the way didn't Shanahan lie to Devin about not trying to trade him and then waived him 2 days later? Now he lied to the whole Redskins nation about why he benched Mcnabb. If Mcnabb does not know the two minute offense maybe it should be simplified. Why not make the offense more Mcnabb friendly if need be? But to say that Rex could run our 2 minute drill with the way the o-line was not blocking. LOL This was typical Shanny BS. Mike "B. H." Shanahan is more concerned with being right,or proving a point then winning.

Look at the names lil buddy. Do you see one thing in common. They all play for established teams with better coaching and players then what we have. Eagles, Giants, Cowboys, Packers, Ravens. Shanny is trying to right the ship and being in his first year he is trying to send a message to EVERYONE on the team that he is in CHARGE not the PLAYERS , yes i think him benching McNabb was wrong way of doing it but he is trying to get through everyones head that you will play ball his way or no way at all , shanny brings in stability to our team , he is weeding out the garden so to speak i have always said that its going to take around 2 or 3 years before this team will do better ,as far as McNabb goes he wont be hanging on here next year anyway that was one of the worst trades yet for our team because mark my word McNabb will be in a minnesotas uniform next year , if McNabb was planning on staying here he would have gotten a contract done with us before the season ever started but he didnt McNabb and andy reid had this all planned out McNabb knew that after his contract was up he could go to a team that might get him to the super bowl and andy reid got a good draft pick and him going to a different division all works out for McNabb and andy reid and we are screwed again ,i think we will be choosing a QB in next years draft like that guy LUCK , personally i think we should have drafted sam bradford , but no matter what if you dont have protection for your QB its not going to matter who you have at QB look what happened at the lions they were all over McNabb .

You know what…! I agree Shanny really looked silly out there trying to justify his reasoning for the benching. If he had just told the real truth that McNabb’s incosistancy with quick outs was going to hinder the teams ability in the hurry up offense. His wanting to make the big play deep when all you have to make is the next first down really kills the game planning. It was obvious that in the past few games he threw big and cost us the drive when he had open players close…i.e the Colts game. Had Shanny just said something to that effect to explain himself would have make a world of difference. Is he stubborn? Does he have an ego? Sure… Isn’t that someone you want as a coach. He has his methods of running a team.

I can totally see his methods and totally agree with them. I have been asked by my leaders to lead 18 yr old babies into combat and bring them back alive. If any of my soldiers gets out of line or goes against my training or plan of attack then someone dies. If someone goes against Shanny’s attack plan then the Skins lose a game.. This is CHESS not checkers you ignorant fat fingered bastard. Look at McNabb’s stats. I may have pulled him earlier in the season with some of his playing.

Funny… I am not superior to my troops because I think so. I am superior to my troops because my rank says so. I am superior to my troops because my experience says so. I am superior to my troops because my rate of mission completion says so. I call my men babies only in the aspect of thier age. They are far more mature and respocible than you could ever be at 18 years old. I am more than twice thier age so yess in perspective to myself they are babies.

I used myself as a comparrison to Shanny because he to has to lead people. He to has to see the big picture in a situation to obtain the best possibility of success. If you have someone who is a team captain going a different direction than you have planed then you lose control of your team. A team without any control ends the season at 4-12. My team w/o control gets someone killed…

I dont need my soldier to like me. I dont need my soldiers to consider me thier best friend at the end of the day.. I need my soldiers to come home alive to thier mommies, wives, and children.

If that recipe requiers me to be a dick, to be an ass, and least importantly, be hated by my troops than who the FUCK cares. As long as the JOB gets done at the end of the day.

If I have the best sniper on my team but for some reason he he cannot shot due to any number of reason I will not hesitate to put my second best shotter behind that scope. I will do what it take in any situation to have the best success of the mission.

Another thing… Who the hell said that I wanted to be anything like Audie Murpy. I never claimed to be the highest decorated soldier in the history of the Army. I never said anything about caturing an enemy unit by myself. I never even said that I wanted to end my days as an alcoholic movie star. I mearly explained the corilation between what I do to prepare myself and my soldiers and what Shanny is doing to get the most out of his team…

I say some fucked up stuff…..but that’s just plain poor judgment on your part. If you leave subordinates feeling they have a luxury that you are their friend….you are doing yourself and your country a huge disservice. As a leader…with mens’ lives on his shoulders……I want the guy that I know people will listen to bc they know they have to. I am not in the military….but my father was….21 years so I know the meaning. If you become friends with your subordinates…you give them the feeling that there is room to wiggle. With the safety of each individual as well as the safety of the entire country in your hands….you can’t give any room. That one lost second someone spends thinking about what their buddy just told them instead of just doing what the fuck they are told….could be the difference in multiple lives. That’s why most companies do not allow higher members to fraternize with their subordinates. It’s bad…..no matter how you look at it in the best interest of the company….which in this case is the US…..and maybe even the entire world. I have mucho respect for any member of our armed forces…on any level, with any title, and in any capacity. If I was going into war however, I would be behind milc any time. I want to know people are going to do what their told. Not some mouthy bitch that mocks his own kind!

I like to have fun.....

but I don’t think national safety is where you, individually, wave your dick around. My dad was a Chief in the Navy…..so I grew up basically in the military. My dad is a hard ass…..and no matter what cock lips wants to say about how you run your guys…..I know my dad’s men had a tremendous amount of respect for him. They would take a bullet from him….bc they respected what he brought to the table. It’s not peoples job to be buddy buddy with subordinates….I deal with that shit everyday. It’s peoples’ job….to do their jobs….period. Anything that compromises that shouldn’t be stood for. Although I like to joke around with you….I have a huge amount of respect for what you have done, are doing, and will do….for me to be able to sit here and talk shit every night!
