Who is Ray Small you may ask (especially when we need tall WR, ZING)? I have no idea...

Apparently he is 5'11 from Ohio St and had a career 61 receptions, 650 yds, and 3 TDs. WTF!!!!

Here's all I could dig up:

Small, a rookie out of Ohio State University, spent training camp and part of the preseason with the Minnesota Vikings before getting cut after the third preseason game.

The 5-foot-11, 180-pounder in the preseason had four catches for 43 yards for the Vikings. Small, as a senior last season, appeared in nine games for the Buckeyes and had 15 catches for 175 yards, but his opportunities were often limited for academic and disciplinary reasons.

After getting cut by the Vikings, Small returned to Ohio to train while hoping for a call from another NFL team. He got the call on Tuesday.
