Your Definition of a Franchise QB

Curious to know how would you guys describe a Franchise QB.

There are the gunslingers (Brett Favre) the game mangers (Eli Manning) and just pure assassins (Peyton Manning). Which or whatdo you guys consider a Franchise QB?

TO ME: A franchise qb has nothing to do with physical tangibles. MOST great faranchise qb's never had the physical tangibles and had to work harder to get recognized. For example Brees was always considered to small to play qb but he's one of the elite qb's today. Most great qb's take the hard route to success(not so much in these days though) their not so much as gifted as others so they work harder. Work harder on reads, audibles, arm strength, accuracy, and any other aspect of the game to help them become dominate. To my opinion, a franchise qb has everything to do with desire, will, passion, energy, and brilliance. A franchise qb takes the hand they was dealt with no excuses and they point the finger. A franchise qb understands that he is the most important piece to the puzzle. Franchise qb's overcome odds, trials, and tribulations. A franchise qb is extremely competitive. A franchise qb can carry the offense when needed to. A franchise qb is humble but not satisfied with a drive unless it ends with 6 points. A franchise qb's can find their weaknesses.A franchise qb is a leader and provide passionand emotion that his teammates feed off of. A franchise qb makes everyone around him better.

I feel like my franchise qb just might not be human, maybe i went to far. What do you guys think a franchise qb consists of?
