For six seasons, Vince Wilfork has been a key part of the defensive line. A first-round draft pick out of the University of Miami in 2004, he is facing a career decision. His rookie contract is up and he is eligible to become an unrestricted free agent. Wilfork said he wants to remain a Patriot.
Looks like the Eagles may be clearing house. Kolb and McNabb are said to be on the trade block (don't freak out LJP), Westbrook probably isn't coming back and Vick is still up in the air and wants to start. So the logical question is could any of these guys fit in DC?
Also if we go to the 3-4 then we need a NT, Haynesworth isn't down for being one and their hard to find in the draft, except Mount Cody, so does it make sense to make a run at Wilfork?
