It's been speculated for a while, but we finally have confirmation. Consider me even MORE excited for Sunday.

that's not pointed towards you
it was more of a general thing. we all saw it coming, it’s just nice to now have official confirmation.

Drafted him a couple weeks ago
In a very deep 14 team keeper league. Go ahead, make me look like a genius MK!

this just proves
how unbelievably smart I am. I told my buddies last year that Kelly would be the better of the two.
I KNOW, I KNOW – this doesn’t prove anything. Thomas could still end up the better player. But I don’t pass up the opportunity to toot my own horn

Atleast the QB controversy threads have receded.
Now bring on the WR controversy threads!

Love M Kelly
He might be my favorite young’un on the team, the one that I most hope works out.
I love his size, and I love that he came into the league as a good route runner. I feel routes is the primary thing that dooms so many young WRs.
As much as I want D Thomas to be awesome, I don’t like drafting players based on potential and physical talent, which were Thomas’ primary attributes as a prospect.

Thomas
He can and will be the 3rd, slot reciever taking over for ARE.
The Redskins needed to get younger and it appears they are doing it quickly….

the reports from this year's camp concern me
about Thomas losing focus and taking some plays off. this was a crucial camp, the one for him to seize the starting role and leave last year’s failure behind, and he didn’t seem to respond that well.
If Kelly holds on to the 2 spot, I think ARE will have a bit of a career rejuvenation in the slot. It’s his natural position.

Don't get too down on DT yet
I think all of the young guys have the potential to be great. But like everything in life, some take a little longer to “get it” than others.

I’m not trying to start anything, but when I look at Kelly I see Brandon Marshall without the attitude. Or I at least see a possible Brandon Marshall in the future.
