McNair

By now I'm sure everyone has heard about Steve McNair. While it is always sad when anyone dies before their time, this probably hits a pretty sore spot around here because of the similarity to Sean Taylor's death.

While none of us really know exactly what was going on at the time of McNair's death, the situation seems a little weird. However, regardless of any of that, nobody deserves this sort of fate. It is a despicable act made by cowards, just like with Taylor. I know a lot of people get a little annoyed at what seems like more coverage on the death of an athlete and/or celebrity, but it's just because it is someone that (almost) everyone knows, or knows of at least. Just a terrible thing and my thoughts go out to McNair's family. I also read where Gregg Williams commented, as he was close to both McNair and Taylor. Very sad.

“That’s the first thought that went through my head when my wife called after it went public. I immediately thought of Sean and actually I spoke with Sean’s dad today and spoke with him and said happy Fourth of July and had a great conversation back and forth with him about Sean and then I got the phone call [about] Steve.

first of all im sorry for mcnairs family and wish them well but for mcnair himself i dont think anyone should be killed but when you put yourself in that position by cheating on your wife like that and leaving your children because of your cheating i think he is a disgusting person for cheating on his wife and i feel bad for his kids because they lost a father and all for what cheating with another women his wife lost a husband and his kids lost a father way to go mcnair your a real loser so people out there listening remember when you cheat on your spouse this is what can happen to you if you are unfaithful think twice before doing it its not worth losing your life over a lil fling look at mcnair /// again i feel for his family but not for steve

Well, thats easy to say from our standpoint

We don’t know what it’s like to have the wealth, fame, and travelling around the country being honored and having girls throwing themselves at you. Super Hot ones much less at that. It’s easy to judge, but until you’ve been in that position, I don’t think it’s 100% fair to judge like that.

no offense kevin but the way i see it you dont cheat on your spouse no matter what when you take a vow to being married you dont cheat if you cant get along with your spouse then get a divorce dont cheat i believe in staying faithful no matter what and if you cheat on your spouse you are riisking everything look at mcnair he lost everything is it really worth losing everything for a lil affair a wife and your kids sorry i dont think its worth it plus guys like mcnair makes every guy look bad when you cheat im sorry i dont feel bad for him at all i feel bad for his wife and kid because he left them all for what a lil fling was it really worth it i dont think so sorry

It’s just these athletes marry so young and then the fame, travelling, and $$ hits them. Realistically, it’s not so cut and dry.

so you say how do you know she wasnt cheating well it seems to me that steve is dead and she is not looks like he was caught wasnt he and no matter what happens if you cheat on your spouse you are a loser to begin with rather its a guy or a women who ever cheats is a loser just get a divorce if you cant get along and you wont be a loser do it the right way dont get caught up in the drama if you dont love the person let them go get a divorce enough said i guess
