Redskins Free Time: Golf and Camps

OTAs are over and now we enter vacation time. Two things are on the radar. Chris Cooley's football camp for kids in Fairfax, June 13-14, and Bobby Mitchell's Hall of Fame Golf Classic.  I'll talk to Sugar because I would like to attend both of these.

Bobby's golf tourney has quite the star-studded list of attendees, and they have an open day where fans can walk the course and watch them play.

Join Bobby Mitchell and more than 45 of his fellow NBA and NFL Hall of Famers as they tackle the golf course at the 19th Annual Bobby Mitchell TOYOTA Hall of Fame Golf Classic. Come to Lansdowne Resort on July 12 and watch the tournament unfold from the gallery. Washington Redskins alum including Art Monk, Darrell Green, Sonny Jurgensen, Charley Taylor, Ken Houston and Sam Jones will be there!  Print out the gallery 2-for-1 pass and save $5!  Enter the putting contest and win great prizes - one lucky winner will take home a trip for two to the 2009 Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony in August.  Kids have a chance to win an Apple iPod!

Here's the full list of attendees. Some other notables are Sam Huff, Steve Largent, Oscar Robertson, Art Shell, Bruce Smith (will he be allowed to drive the golf cart?), Thurman Thomas, and Andre Tippett. I've done a lot with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society so I'm happy to give them a plug here. Anyone interested can download the flyer to buy a raffle ticket for the Toyota giveaway, or can download the $5 2-for-1 pass to attend the tournament.

When they all have 3 Super Bowl Rings each...

They can do whatever they want. I didn’t know trailer homes have internet access. That’s sweet. Congrats.
