the first game of the pre-season

will hopefully show us what JC is expecting to do this year- I believe his tempo and energy level will spike… if so, he should be able to play at that speed and mind-set all year long, barring injury.

Third game!

1st and 2nd game will be about one series, 3rd game should be a full half! That will be the tempo game…
I’m thinking he’ll be fine once the season starts, it’s a little different if “all the talk” would have resulted in something changing, nothing has changed he is the QB and expected to be the leader.

The bad situation for QB is when they have to constantly look over thier shoulder, thinking the next mistake or offensive failue is going to bring the guy off the bench in….different case with Jason, he’s not looking over his shoulder at all.

i hope he's not...

i would hate to see the coaching staff (or even fans) calling for his head after one or two mistakes… that would be detrimental… to the team.

i agree though- we won’t know what prediction of his season will look like until pre-season is ended, but hopefully we will see sparks of his improvement in this offensive scheme from the second he steps foot on a “live” field.
