League source "adamant" that Washington is interested in Cutler

Here's the lead:

Source says Washington has serious interest in QB

The Redskins have serious interest in Denver quarterback Jay Cutler, an NFL source said Tuesday, and have entered talks about a possible three-way deal to acquire him.

Two NFL sources confirmed the possibility of a three-way trade, with Kansas City being mentioned by one source as a possibility.

The Redskins, through a team spokesman, denied interest in Cutler. However, a league source was adamant that Washington has shown interest.

“They’re trying to do something,” one NFL source said of the Redskins.

“Whether or not it materializes is another matter, but [Redskins owner Dan Snyder] is on this hard. They don’t trust Jason Campbell.”

Yea

Rick Snider is a blogger, so I don’t have much credit in this. I wouldn’t put it past Vinny to see what Denver wants for him…he wouldn’t be doing his job if he didn’t at least ask, but that doesn’t mean he is racing to dump Campbell.

Man, this Cutler story is reaching epic proportions like that Favre/Rodgers one last year. Please Denver…do something w/ Cutler so this will go away. I can’t take another month of this.

Take Cutler out behind the barn and shoot him?

John Clayton said false

According to him, the Skins are NOT interested in switching QB’s. He said to “stay tuned”. He has been wrong, but he said all his sources tell him the Skins right now are sticking with Campbell. Thank God they are at least saying that….because if they do trade for Cutler, the last thing we want is the Broncos to know how bad Danny wants Cutler. Advantage Monty Burns.

I love the delicious irony

in a blogger saying not to trust the story because “Snider is a blogger” in the comments section of a blog….

Haha

Well, I take pride in reporting facts….tho no one would know that but me. There have been people blogging fake trade deals just so they can sit back and watch it bubble up to the main stream media. This Cutler situation is perfect for these type of rumors.

I just had to delete a FanPost for a 3-way deal for Cutler that had the Skins throwing in Cooley and Landry. haha.

The infamous Bleacher Report

Yeah, that was a pretty twisted “satire”, after the fact.

The whole Cutler thing needs to go away, Jason’s 3rd year is make or break…

DC Examiner..?

Who the hell reads this peice of crap. I just called them and they said their sales are up to 5 papers and 12 people read online daily. I would trust this “paper” and “the source” (damn you JLC) about as much as i trust a dog shyt to tell me who to choose in my March Madness Bracket. Don believe it people. This wont happen, and until the words “blockbuster trade” come out of adam schefters mouth, then i am taking these claims as apocrypha.

Im not trapped in here with you, youre trapped in here with me.
