Anybody know why Haynesworth was sent home from practice (Jim said "disciplinary reasons")?  He's our best player, I hope he isn't totally disgusted.  He and D'Angelo Hall are the only two fighters on the team.  Greg Blatche ruined Jason Taylor and now Haynesworth with his unimaginative, basic and too-rigid system.  And Jerry Gray doesn't teach the defensive backs how to cover people.  Jon Gruden's comment on Tryon (failed to keep a top receiver to the inside, where he had help) was very telling.  A number of the coverage disasters may well have been due to Gray, not the players.   And the offensive woes may be due to Jim Zorn's poor offensive system and poor game plans (plus a chaotic offensive line and Mike Sellers missing blocks).  I hope we get rid of those 3 coaches and get somebody competent, like Mike Shanahan, and then let him make the (relatively few) personnel changes needed (two tackles, maybe a guard, a good linebacker)..
