Redskins fan from NYC finds a home

Hi everyone.  I was just reading the sports on the online Washington Post and I stumbled across this blog.  It's quite frustrating being an isolated Redskins fan in New York City.  I almost got sick when they beat the Patroits for the Super Bowl - actually I did become physically sick.  I didn't have the bucks to get the Sunday Ticket to past 2 or 3 seasons, now that things for me have been looking up, I bought the package so I could once again follow the Skins.  Only on week 2 (week 1 was fully free to all DirectTV sucribers) did I find out that my $259 was only enough to get the out of market games in standard def - this after buying a nice HD set for the football season.  To get games in HD, you need to kick in another $100 to become a "superfan".  It may be worth it if you are really in to fantasy football, but I'm just a fan of the team.  I drew the line and wouldn't pay the extra $100.  And with the season going as it is, I'm glad I didn't.  Have to think about 2010.  And me add a GO HOYAS
