12-7... wait, Shaun Suisham is a POS.
Are you serious, I can understand a 50 yard miss, but seriously, a 39 yarder!!! Wow. That is all i can say is wow. all you needed to do was make that one kick and the game is completely different. But I guess that's the difference between a piece of crap kicker and a good one. He must be going back to his old ways of inconsistency after a 12-12 start, showing us that maybe he was a kicker that we could count on, guess not. Don't get me wrong, the offense was excruciating, how can you just stall like that, EVERY SINGLE DRIVE!!!!! I just wish that us fans couold go down to them and show them how disapointed they make people. I can't give props to the D because they didn't come through when it counted the most. How do you shut them down all day and then blow it, even if your tired, they are too. but i guess that's the story of the Redskins this year, almost, but almost doesn't cut it. they should try and lose some more and get a high first rounder so they can trade down and get some youth at the O-Line. I must say though, the O-Line really stepped up today. Hopefully some of those young guys can pan out so we won't have to draft so many O-Linemen.

Folk missed a short kick too
And Barber had a fumble in the redzone. Both teams made mistakes this game.
The Knights season may have just ended, but the Cowboys year is just begining!

One missed field goal can be stomached
but two in a game is just a bad day…
Congrats on the ugly win, that whole game was just ugly and not fun to watch.
The Barber fumble came after a nice hit by Fletcher. No way he could of held onto it.
Kind of reminds you of a certain Monday night a few years ago where Dallas outplayed the Skins but lost it in the fourth, eh?

The 2 missed INTs in the first half were back breakers.

12-12 is easy when
it doesnt matter,
Kicking is all about getting it done when the pressure is on and Suisham must have known what sort of game it was today when he kicked before half time and just choked
BUT
with 10 secs left and on a 3rd down, and especially with all the chaos before the kick, why would not Zorn at least ATTEMPT a sideline throw or a “end zone or throw it away in under 7 seconds” type play
I mean it just made no sense to basically forfeit the chance of a TD when you just knew after a bizzare delay like that it was not a kicker friendly situation
I am now officially off the Zorn train, I was on it for way too long, then I jumped off after the Detroit game, then the last week or so I started talking myself into the improvement or whatever, but now even if we run the table winning every game by 50 on the way home, I want him gone… He’s not calling plays and how he can just consistently screw up Clock Management is beyond me

so true
I also couldn’t believe that he wouldn’t run a play.He had lots of time.I’m def. off the zorn train now…..but still really like JC…the kid is tough!!!!….but hate kickers.all kickers!!!!!!! come on Shazam…million bucks a year and cant hit a 39 yder…

I just dont get
what the argument is AGAINST runnign another play there, I mean if you are worried about a Sack pushing you back, you basically tell Jason to get out of the pocket straight away and that if he is under pressure to just throw it beyond the pylons, simple!!
Am I missing something, I know we were out of Timeouts, but it just made no sense, and what made it worse was that they had 10 minutes to figure this out, I mean if the call had gone against us then we would ahve thrown anyway so we should have had plenty of time to draw up the play…… Even if you are worried about the reciever getting tackled IB, tell the receiver to deliberately drop the ball if he thinks he cant get Out OF Bounds in time..
my call would ahve been to send DT and MK deep and just throw a high ball back of the end zone (these guys have 4.4 40 times right and we were within the 30, so 10 secs isnt an issue and just throw a ball high to them and if nothings on throw it over the back
IT JUST MADE NO SENSE

we only got in the redzone once
I’m not going to begrudge Suisham’s season so far. He wasn’t going to hit 100% this year

The 50 yarder was a semi-pressure kick
him missing it doesn’t make him bad. In past pressure situations he has shown that we can count on him. this is just an emotional rant, next time he makes a gw fg, we will be saying how great he is and how pad a place holder Plackemirer and Brookes were.
