Redskins QBs now with Saints
I was just wondering how lucky Chase Daniel and Mark Brunnel feel to be with the Saints and away from this mess. I couldn't be happier for them both. I have tried to stay a Jason Campbell fan since I saw him play at Auburn. It may be hard to judge him this year behind the line Vinny hired to protect him, but I am getting the idea that we have another Patrick Ramsey on our hands. One good thing about this season, I don't see teams running to snag him in free agency. Maybe he'll get one more chance behind what would have to be a better offensive line.

you can't put a price on....
a QB with starter experience. I am pretty sure there are plenty of teams that will go after him as insurance. Look at David Carr in NY, Alex Smith in SF is back starting, Kyle Orton……all those guys have looked like disasters at soe point and are on a roster in pretty good postion. Sometimes it’s an injury…..sometimes it’s bad play….but all these guys have hung around and are valued by their teams. Not saying Campbell is better or worse than any of these guys. Hell, Grossman is still out there….Texans I think.

Nope
If you believe the Saints web site, he’s still listed as QB on the active roster.

He was cut
The Saints waived QB Chase Daniel Monday to make room for K Garrett Hartley, who returns from a four-game suspension this week.
Then resigned like a week ago when one of their WR went on the IR
The Saints re-signed QB Chase Daniel, picked up after he was cut from the Redskins’ training camp roster. Daniel has been bouncing from practice squad to 53-man roster so far this year, but the Saints apparently think highly of him.

Free Agent
If the Saints keep bouncing him to and fro the 53-man roster and PS, they don’t want him to stay a free agent more than necessary. Drew Brees is also near 6’ tall.

I'm not sure
If sitting on the bench of a potential SB contender is better professionally (he will never start while Brees is there) than on a losing team like ours, but If I had to bet I’d bet that the locker room is a lot more fun – not to mention the NO nightlife.

I think the NO nightlife
is the reason he signed with their practice squad instead of ours in the first place.

He gonna more than likely
