Who is Quinton Ganther?

Does anyone know much about this Ganther guy other than he used to be with the Titans? Why do the Skins seem to be so attracted to him all of a sudden. Came into the season with Marcus Mason and Anthony Alridge as extra backs and they were both cut. They began signing and cutting Ganther and now that we may need another back due to Portis concussion, they have signed Ganther again instead of Mason or Alridge. Is he supposed to be better than them?

I like to hear that endorsement. I also liked what I saw from Ganther in the youtube clip of him. I wouldnt mind seeing him get a chance this weekend.
