Dumbest Comment ever, Gruden just disqualified himself as Skins Coach
Watching the replay of the game (yes sucker for punishment I know)
Disucssing Andy Reid as coach and how he likes to throw the ball more than run, gruden just said "Andy Reid likes to play with the lead"
WHat as opposed to all them other coaches who like letting the other team score so they can play from behind!!!!
Please dude, think before you speak!
Is it just me or are the ESPN commentators really really amatuerish, this is not some foreigner baggin AMericans, I really like AMerican Sportswriting though not so much your sports talk radio, but this comment was just idiocy

I"m pretty sure he meant Andy Reid likes to play with his lead. Meaning usually when teams are up they just continually run and pound the ball, while Reid likes to continue to air it out and take risks, better known as playing with your lead.

I disagree...
Hi Pas! I heard the comment and it sounded just like Pommy said. I’d give you the benefit of the doubt, but Gruden said so many other stupid things all night, I’m not giving him the leeway. Besides, I’m still pissed at how we gave another game away.

90% of what comes out of Gruden’s mouth is mindless, regurgitated cliches. The rest is either condescension or outright self-contradiction.
I’m unhappy with the state of the franchise and don’t have much hope for the next schlep to be named the Head Figurehead Coach, but if it were to be Gruden I’d actually have less hope.

Gruden sounded as if he was auditioning for a job...
and he held back laughter every time the camera was on him…. Ron Jaworski is a blithering idiot….

People were saying the same thing after the Dallas MNF game a few weeks back.
Personally, I think he was just trying in his own small-minded way to fill in all the empty air around a pretty unspectacular nationally televised football game. Jaworski could only blow so much hot air…

Although his
ability to do so is FORTISSIMO!

if he was angling for the job, he was going the Snyder friendly way
on numerous occasions it appeared to me, and I could be wrong, but I got the distince impression that numerous times he excused Campbell for mistakes and blamed it on the O-line, now this is probably correct, but it is not the way to Snyders heart if he wants the job

A clue would be
how he treated Haynesworth. If he gushed all over that decision, you know he was angling for an interview. Then again, Haynesworth was playing well, so use judgment here. I do tend to agree with Elesias in that this was probably a really strange game to call from the objective observer point of view. Both teams looked great and would then stink it up a bit.

Why the hell would you watch that game again?
I’m an Eagles fan, and I wouldn’t even watch that game again.

3 reasons
1- I’m an Idiot
2- I live in Australia soit may be the only Skins game I see all year so may as well watch it even if it is awful
3- Plus I like watching the NFL after I knwo the result and just watching the Lines and not worrying about the Ball, I am trying to learn more about the sport (I’m not American and have never lived there) and I find that watching replays and focusing on things other than the ball helps me get a better understading of the game
but yeah the main point is I am an idiot
