Time to right the ship!

As far as I’m concerned everyone is on the hot seat right now and it’s time to get out there and show what we’re really made of. The offense has had some growing pains (mainly in the red-zone) but I think this Sunday is when we are going to really come together. CP will break 100 yards this week and Jason Campbell will lead this team to big W.

Our defense is not playing physical (with the exception of my man Fletcher). It’s time to make heads roll, screw the discipline I want to see a Jets style blitz give our speedy corners the opportunity to jump routes and make plays, if we want turnovers we have to disrupt the timing of the offense, not sit back and give them short yardage.

I believe our defense has the tools to be a dominant force in this league. If Blache is serious about some Maverick play calling, then this week we’re going to see turnovers, sacks and 3&outs. Screw throwing the whole playbook at this rookie QB we need to throw the whole damn library. I want this guy to be scrambling out of a Haynesworth induced pocket  collapse only to see receivers in coverage and Orakpo running at full steam ahead right at him.

I don’t want to go into week 5 with there even a question on who’s going to win the game. We need to silence the haters this week, next week and the week after that. I want the panthers to be scared to play us I want their fans calling for Delommes head on a stick after our D embarrasses him.

Let this week be the turning point, Let Sunday be the time we find our identity, let’s show the commentators that the Beast is still the best division in the league and that the Skins are still playoff contenders.
