Trade Deadline

Usually not much of anything goes down with the NFL trade deadline but it seems like some interesting stuff could go down this year and some stuff that makes me want to scream.

Ok first of all, I heard on the radio this morning that the Skins are considering trading for Brady Quinn. (Its ok to scream) Has anybody watched much of this kid at all? Does he suck or is it the disfunctionality of Cleveland? Either way I don't want him and definately don't want to trade away any picks.

A lot of people are calling for ARE to be shipped out of town but his cap number makes him basically untradeable.  But the more I think about it the more I think that ARE can be a great receiver if he solely plays in the slot and let MK and DT play outside.  Ship out Santana Mouse if anybody.

Others on the block:

Shawne Merriman: Please resist Danny and Vinny
Derrick Johnson: Could fit in well with the Skins and allow us to move Orakpo to the line, and could be the future once Fletcher retires.
Julius Peppers: Linked to New England, they need some dynamic defensive players BAD
T.O.: Not going anywhere
Roscoe Parrish: Some how linked to the Skins, WHY!?!?

How could Snyderrato...

pass on someone named Roscoe?

I heard the

Parrish rumor. I would literally throw up last weeks Wing DIngs if we did this. If these two idiots are spending their time looking at WIDE RECEIVERS, then they are just not good people, and I don’t like them.

I had never even heard of him...

Beyond incredibility that they would even consider him.

You’ve never heard of Roscoe Parrish?

He’s one of the best punt returners in the league

whatever

he doesn’t hold a candle to ARE.

he holds a blowtorch

I'm to young to Die Danny...don't make me do it tomorrow....

I did

and I wouldn’t mind it if they could get a decent O-lineman. But if they trade him for another receiver I’m gonna kick my neighbor’s dog again.

Probably

Gruden was traded to the Buc from the Raiders for two 1st rounders and two 2nd rounders.

We could probably work a deal like this:

Redskins Receive:
Scott Pioli
Derrick Johnson
Lawncare Specialist

Cheifs Receive:
Vinny Cerrato
Anthony Montgomery
Team Janitor
The girl from the club level that pisses off CJHutch
4th round pick
2 Redskinettes

Sounds like a good deal to me

hell

I’d throw in the Jericho Religious Complex too if they’d take ARE and Betts as well.

I Disagree

I would love to have Merriman back home and or Johnson too. Peppers and T.O. cost too much and Parrish is overrated. I honestly would like to see us go to a 3-4 defense which i think is a great scheme. Pitt, NE and B’more all have it and do very well. Could you imagine that…Merriman on one side and Orakpo on the other w/ Big Albert in the Middle? Sounds awesome to me.
