Redskins 6.5 point Favorites vs Chiefs. Why?
If this team can't score 20 points WITH Chris Samuels, how can they possibly cover 7 points? The Chiefs looked good against Dallas...granted, the Chiefs are horrible on the road. As a favorite Skins are 0-3 ATS this year.

Why
Because you have won 2 games and the Chiefs have won none and you are at home.
Looking at your remaining schedule logic would dictate that you will be only be favoured against the Chiefs and the Raiders. That may well help the Redskins by being the underdog after all you always play the Eagles and Cowboys tough.

Those 2 wins...
Beat the Rams by 2 points and the Bucs by 3 points…and that was WITH Chris Samuels. This team cannot beat anybody by more than 6 points….my opinion…could be wrong….hopefully I am. Gameplan changes so much w/o Chris…at least they have a week of practice to work on it.

Does he make all the difference
I know he is your starting LT – but are the backups so bad!
Looking at the stats against the Panthers your last 3 3rd down attempts all resulted in passes to Fred Davis and all were short. Two of those were on more than 3rd and 10 so is understandable, but the last was 4 yards on 3rd and 5 – who is to blame here – The OL for poor protection, Davis for not running the correct route or Campbell making the wrong choice?

Unfortunately,
yes he does make all the difference. With him we can use about half the playbook, without we use about 10%. We won’t be able to run play-action at all.
I've been thinking this for a while now.
It use to be the occasional post, but now he’s finding the worst way to look at every stat and quote for the Skins. Looking more like a Redskins hate-blog than a fan-site…

this franchise and team is in complete disarray.
not talking about it just living in denial.
I don’t need happy go lucky posts to make me root for the Redskins. I root every Sunday. But as far as blogging and analysis goes, lets talk about the real problems.
The Offensive Line is Snyder's Fault
You're right, but criticizing the spread? Really? Do we need a post?

a quick 3-line post? sure, why not
I, for one, have been fascinated by the spreads we’ve been given the last few weeks.
It’s almost enough to make me a gambler.

sorry
but I can ready negative posts about my team on damn near every other sports website and blog if i wanted to (even the comments on Terls blog have a life of their own.) You don’t need to blow sunshine up my ass, but 5+ posts a day about how much my team sucks isn’t ideal either.

when ESPN or CNNSI write about the Redskins, it’s shallow and short.
This is a Redskins blog. The franchise is in disarray. Let’s talk about it as Redskins fans, with a Redskins focus.
There’s not much positive about this team or franchise, so we can either talk about that, or lie to ourselves, or write about how hot the cheerleaders are.
Ain’t much else to do.
The Offensive Line is Snyder's Fault
Yes there is
everyone talks about the same things that are wrong.
Does anyone know what the O-Line prospects are for next year? Is there anybody that watches college football that sees someone interesting?
I know there are some mock drafts out there already, has anybody seen anything worth talking about?
What are the pros/cons of bringing in Shanahan? Grimm? Cowher? etc. What strengths do they bring to our team? Are they hard-nosed? Would they bring in a blue-collar mentality like the old days?
THAT is stuff that can be talked about.

Yea, sorry guys...
Everyone needs to realize I’m a fan too. I don’t want to be negative all the time. I need a kick in the ass some time.

We are favored because
The only team in the NFL with a worse offensive line than us is the Chiefs, and our defense is decidedly better than theirs.
the Chiefs healthy OL is better than what we're going to trot out Sunday
our line on Sunday might be one of the worst single-game lines in NFL history.
