Brian Mitchell Calls Zorn "A Little Less Than" Norv via DC sport Bog
"I like Jim Zorn," Mitchell said, before slicing off Zorn's feet. "I like him because he's honest. I like him because he tries to be quirky and be funny. But I want to be real. I want to ask people, viewers out there: when you see him in press conferences, and the things he says, and the way he looks, does he truly look like a guy that you want to be following, to be your leader? I'm serious. I keep hearing that statement, 'He blew us away in the interview process'. I don't see blow away in what I'm seeing. Whether they win or lose, I don't see blow away. I was with Norv Turner, and Norv was a great coach, but he was not a damn leader. And I see this man being a little less than what Norv Turner was. I'm being honest...."

This is idiotic. He’s not a good leader because of his press conferences? Lame. This is Mitchell just running his mouth with no real point.
Or he's not a good leader based on a...
record of 4-9 in the past 13 games. And based on how the team has played uninspired footbal during the first 5 games, similar to the unispired play of San Diego
