On the offensive line

It appears the undrafted backup on the offensive line who played well as a "fill-in" last year could be something special and may even resemble Tarzan.
ProFootball Talk provided Redskin Camp one liners
Says offensive line coach Joe Bugel of Stephon Heyer getting into shape, "Last year, Stephon didn’t have a real pretty body. He would never take his shirt off. He thinks he’s Tarzan now."

He's walking with a little bit of a swagger. The kid's got 38-inch arms. He can reach for you real fast. He's going to be a whale of a football player for us."
Jansen even comments on Heyer in the Washington Times article Return to reserve role:
"Stephon did a terrific job of listening to [Bugel] and the guys around him," Jansen said.
A little confidence goes a long way and at 24 he should be a fixture on the offensive line for sometime to come.
"I couldn't have foreseen the opportunities that I had," Heyer said. "Being able to do what I did, I'm proud of myself and grateful to the organization for giving me the opportunity,
