Impressive!

Portis rushed for 145 yards & the Redskins rolled up 204 rushing yards against the Eagles’ top-ranked rush defense.
Philadelphia had allowed a total of 215 rushing yards in its first four games.

Crazy

That record shocks me. I wonder after this week how much will be written about the opposite direction our teams have gone since we met in the playoffs and how much of that can be attributed to Zorn alone.

very little

seahawks have had a ton of injuries. as for the loss this week, they always suck on the east coast, so no real surprise. Seattles d has been much healthier than their o, and theyve really underperformed, so i dont think much can be attributed to zorn

On to another subject...which may become a fan post much later

But Zorn moving from Offensive Coordinator to Head Coach…Wasn’t this one of the reasons?
A succesful performance would have tagged him for ALL the HC jobs which will be opening up during the year and at the end of the year.
The Front office was bad for 10 years, maybe this will be the legacy of Gibbs 2…making the owner a little football smarter, and it started with Zorn being the head coach.

I know medium…

CONSIDER THIS

Joe Gibbs is not getting a lot of mileage right now, but he sure put together a pretty talented team. I love Jim Zorn, but he’s cooking with Joe’s groceries.

HEY BUT THAT DUDE JUST WON TWO ROAD DIVISION GAMES — we’re big time.

The point as well

Gibbs II was more important than most are willing to evaluate, it’s been viewed as not succesful because they did not win a superbowl but I believe Gibb’s II turned this franchise around..
1. Mentored the owner on how to build a team, establishing a core group, signing your free agents, allowing players to play out contracts.
2. Develop depth through the draft, in today’s NFL it is more important than ever to have players who can step-in and perform when starters are hurt
                 a. This fact proves Gibbs understood the "new" NFL and the not pass him by as so many want to say.
                 b. The performance of the Redskins Defense on Sunday highlighted this philosoph

lombardi

sounds like lombardi’s stint as coach. kind of turned the culture around and built a solid foundation for winning

The Zorn experiment is paying off

I was skeptical. I’m sure Seattle fans were skeptical. You can’t argue with coach’s performance through 5 games. 3 in the division.

The good dr is right. Medium.
