The Redskins and punter Ryan Plackemeier have agreed to terms on a two-year deal to replace rookie Durant Brooks, according to sources with knowledge of the situation. Plackemeier, who punted two years for Seattle while Jim Zorn was the QB coach there, was released by the Seahawks after one game this season, suffering through injury in the preseason.
