Redskins @ Jets 1:00PM Eastern today

This is your broadcast map for those of you that need to hit up bars or friends with Sunday Ticket for the game. This is an opposing open thread. Ben has an open thread as well.

I don't like to play the "must win" card that often because every game is must win -- that's the point -- so let's go with the must not lose angle. But that's not really honest, either, as a tie would be equal parts devastating. The facts is, we play Philly at home next week and then road games against the Cowboys and Tampa Bay. Those are three non-gimme games, and they're especially doubtful if we can't pull a W out of the Jets. Looking at the rest of our schedule, it is difficult to imagine a 10 win season that does not include a win this week. And 10 wins is very likely going to be the threshold for postseason play.

The bad news, per Redskins Insider:

Marcus Washington (hamstring) is out and for the Jets, Laveranues Coles (concussion) is out, too.
Mike Pucillo (back) is out after suffering the injury in practice this week (is it just me or is getting listed as "probable" by the Redskins the new kiss of death? Awful liberal definition of probable going on around there).

Also, David Macklin is out, so John Eubanks is in. File it under who cares: Brandon Lloyd told the coaching staff PEACE and cruised. So he's not playing. There will be more said in this space about that, but now is not the time.
